Connecting Through Song
Community singing from an embodied perspective! This is more than just a singing circle, but an opportunity to connect with self, voice, body, emotions, community members, and what is beyond or more than self. Some of the values emphasized in this space are inclusivity, emergence, listening, and freedom.
Regular meetings are currently on pause. Look out on Partiful for pop-up offerings outdoors this Spring and Summer!
Connecting Through Song
Singing together can be a life line amidst difficulty and a pathway into connection that can hold all of who we are. It has saved my life again and again so I’m taking a step to offer space for more of us to gather and connect to the power of our voices and song.
Come join us in creating a space together where we can sing, move and explore connection through song. The times we are in are challenging and complex, and singing and sounding are primal technologies that we have utilized across cultures and evolutionary history to tap into our resilience, our humanity and our bodies’ capacities to be well.
We are interested in coming together to practice and discover ways we can resource and build loving welcoming community through a community singing practice. This circle will be facilitated by Kelsey Wunderle in a style that honors what is emerging in the shared space and invites co-creation and collaboration as well as free expression and embodiment. Most of the songs will be led by Kelsey, yet there will also be space for others to share as we listen deeply together. All voices and experiences are welcomed and included. May we discover what is possible when we join together in song and strengthen our capacities to listen, express, release and rise to meet ourselves, each other and our world from our deepest center.

For Embodiment
I offer groups focused on developing and deepening the connection with the breath and body. These groups also focus on embodiment in relationship and working with the parts of us that come up as we come into our bodies with others. These groups will help you develop a new relationship with your embodied resources as well as an ability to use your body to express and process emotions. It will also help you learn how to cultivate a more intentional and refined relationship with your personal movement and meditation practices. My approach draws from yogic traditions, mindfulness meditation and dance/movement therapy. Please contact me for more information.
